About Lizzie
I’m Elizabeth Cummins (Lizzie), owner of The Workshop Castlerea and Enhanced Motion Injury & Wellness Clinic in Ballaghaderreen. I’m a Neuromuscular Therapist, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, IET Practitioner, and Qi Gong Instructor, with a deep passion for movement, the mind-body connection, and helping people feel stronger and live well.
As a busy mum of three, I understand the challenges of balance in everyday life. My goal is to meet people exactly where they are—physically, mentally, and energetically—while creating a welcoming space for growth, health, and a bit of craic along the way.
At The Workshop, I’m joined by a talented team of instructors, and together we’re committed to supporting you in moving better, building strength, and enjoying life with more energy and ease.

About Siobhán
I’m Siobhán, a qualified Pilates Teacher, Critical Care Nurse, Personal Trainer, Breathwork Facilitator.
My love for health and fitness began early through GAA, which shaped my lifelong passion for movement and well-being.
In my classes, I combine strength, mindfulness, and community—creating a supportive space for both physical and mental connection. For me, Pilates is the bridge between strength and stability, but also between movement and presence.
I’m here to guide you through movement that feels good in your body, helping you build confidence and strength from the inside out.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!

About Suzie
Hi, I’m Suzie Kilcommons, and I’m delighted to be joining Liz as she continues to grow The Workshop community.
Alongside my role as a Special Needs Assistant in a local school, I run my own business Soul Balance: Yoga and Mindfulness for Everyone, working with people of all ages and abilities—because I truly believe “if you can breathe, you can do yoga.”
I hold a Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness, Meditation, and Positive Psychology and I’m a 300-hour qualified, registered yoga teacher. My decision to train came from the life-changing benefits yoga brought to my own wellbeing.
My classes focus on slowing down, turning inward, and listening to the body’s needs. Through mindful movement, my aim is to help you calm the mind, relax the body, and enhance overall wellbeing.
I’m passionate about sharing tools and techniques that empower people to take care of their own health and happiness—on and off the mat.
Namaste,
Suzie 🌿
