Ever wondered what Chi Me is all about?

Chi Me is a Tai Chi-inspired practice, suitable for all ages & abilities, with gentle movement matching the breath.

We move the body in patterns, that strengthen the ankle, knee, hip, back, neck & shoulder muscles, and joints - gently enhancing mobility and flexibility - whilst relaxing body & mind.
